Appearance: Heshima looks just like the rest of the Prideland's females, a rich mixture of cream and tawny fur. Her paws, muzzle, and underbelly all match with a lighter cream which borders along an off-white color. Dark brown surrounds her eyes which were passed down through the generations on her father's side while her eyes are a rich violet passed down by her mother. Her tail supports her father's light russet mane which undoubtedly will be passed down to at least one of her future cubs. Her build is still slender and slightly small, but she looks to be almost on par with the king's build in most eyes.

Personality: Heshima has been thrust through trauma her entire life, and while that might make others stronger, it makes her shy and submissive. The lioness usually excludes herself from the majority of the pride events, living in the shadows unless need not be. Although with this attitude, her hunting skills are excellent and she reverts all her anger onto the prey, making her at heart a sweet and caring lioness.

With being so submissive, Heshima is always thrust into jobs that she doesn't really want to do. Such as being the den mother for the day and watching over the cubs. She'll also be on the losing end of all fights and will always try to slink away, but like her name, will be loyal and respectful of her rulers. And with her rulers, anything would be done even if she loathed the idea.

History: Heshima was born around the same time as Simba and the rest of his generation to two loyal Pridelanders; Kanu and Siagi. The family's life was hit was tragedy when Heshima was born when her twin brother Kishindo died mere hours after his birth. The signs for Heshima living were slim to none, but with the help of Sarabi and Raifiki, the cub survived. Unlike most of the cubs her age, Heshima was a timid one and stayed with the protection of her mother instead of adventuring with the cubs. Her mother became her best and only friend outside of her father.

When tragedy struck the Pridelands with the death of King Mufasa and supposed death of Simba, Kanu was outraged and demanded what he thought of the truth, Scar's traitorus motives. In the dead of night, Scar sent the hyenas to kill Kanu and dispose of the body before eating their first large meal in years. Heshima awoke seconds after the hyenas left to find her mother crying into Scar's shoulder, the false king comforting her slightly. It was at that time when Scar mated the almost elder Siagi in an attempt to produce cubs, but when she couldn't, he sent the hyenas to do the deed again, this time in front of Heshima. The cub was traumatized and cried into her king's leg, almost seperating herself from the rest of the pride.

Heshima is now a grown adult with nothing happening besides the death of her parents. She is a fierce hunter and respects the lands she walks on. With her age, she is eligible to breed, but cubs would be the last thing on her mind. But, her submissivness is bound to get her in trouble in that aspect of life.
