Appearance: Tamaa is a pale coloured lioness; her colour is an extremely light, odd coloured brown, though it may not look it. She has blood red eyes which seem to twinkle when she has an idea in her head for something. Her markings are unique, and has a odd short smooth pelt, considering she originated in the mountains. Her physique is slim and attractive, but strong boned yet not bulky; for this she was to be a great bearer of cubs.

Personality: Tamaa is flirty and loves attention from males. She is quite independant and intelligent, but often hides this for whatever reason, choosing to be submissive to higher ranks. She is fond of cubs, which are her weakness, and longs for them. She is also robust and friendly, wanting to make friends with as many lions as possible - she wants to fit in, as for a long time the only companionship she had was her brother. She is a moderate hunter, common as a lioness is. She is fond of her unique, beautiful pelt, which most males find captivating along with her red eyes which stand out. This makes her a bit cocky, but usually apologizes later. She is often eager to please, and will do what is asked of her -- within reason.

The lioness has a hidden fighting nature...she enjoys the thrill of a hunt, teeth thinking into flesh - unfortunately, if provoked, she will attack and it's not pretty...she can be extremely dangerous, and can keep it up for hours. She hates this about herself and attempts to cover her 'dark' side. The killer within.

History: Tamaa was born to a King and Queen of a distant mountain pride, along with her older brother, Kuzui. It was not a prosperous time of cubs, and so they were the only two cubs. Her brother was intended to be King, though it would be hard; there were no potential mates, and the lionesses of the pride were getting on in years...and even if they were, the King-to-be wasn't interested in lionesses. Tamaa supported her brother, though her parents disowned him, claiming her the future Queen. However, due to distance of the pride from others, it was hard to get out word of need of a betrothed for the princess. However, a group of rogues came to the pride; bringing with them younger lionesses.

Tamaa had no desire to be Queen, and so happily handed power over to a lioness she had made friends with from the newcomers. She and her brother left, only to be followed by a young, golden lioness named Ishini - she wanted to go with them. Kuzui allowed, and the three travelled across the lands; they were usually unwelcome, so they got used to hunting, eating quick and moving on - they didn't starve for long and eventually found places to sleep; whether it be Tamaa flirting with a young lion of a pride to show them somewhere, or Kuzui scaring one who got too far ahead with intentions for his sister. The three were happy, until the droughts came. Now they searched for prides to join, until they found the pridelands; if the drought were to be over, this would be a perfect home...and so, they decided to ask permission to join.
