Appearance: Bomani is a strong cub, everyone can tell that from just one look. He has well-built muscles already developing across his body due to rigorous training daily from his father. His pelt matches that of his lovely mother, a soft and faded brown that is very complementary to his under-coat, which is a softer yellow-cream colour. The two are faded colours of their originals, and therefore they compliment each other well. The bottom of each of his ears are a dark black colour, giving him a uniqueness that is also shown in his eyes. The tuft of fur on the end of his tail is unlike any of the other colouring on his body in the fact that it is chocolate-y brown. The pads of his paws are a very pale pink. His nose is also faded brown, and any who look can see that he takes after his mother mostly. But what differs him from his mother, is that he has his father's mis-matched eyes, one bright green and the other bright red. It is his favourite feature. And of course, he has a tuft of hair on his head that gives him a little bit of adorable.

Personality: So, Bomani would come across like his father does - strong, silent, resolute and determined. Easily, he comes across as a trained warrior already at his young age, and many think of him that way. He is very reserved around those he doesn't know well, and often speaks in a stiff and formal tone as he has been trained to like his dad. He inherits most of those mannerisms from his father, who is a warrior of the Desertlander Pride as well and intends for his son to follow in his footsteps. Bomani is very mild-mannered, and often is not irritated by his pester some brother or others of the Pride who frustrate others, such as the slightly insane Adhra. He has patience that others admire in a cub so young, and is a very respectful young man.

But of course, the young cub has picked up a few traits of his mother, and along with the above he can completely change into a whole new cub if he so wishes it. He can be cheeky, out-spoken, rude, playful and full of humour and sarcastic comments. His mother is very much like this, but she is also sweet so others forgive her. But Bomani has no sweetness when he is being his cheeky, playful self, and he is very blunt when he is like this in a tell it like it is way.

Family: Nakiri (Father), Atika (Mother) & Hasani (Brother)
History: Bomani is the son of a Desertlander pair, who found one another as they roamed the savannah. His father, Nakiri, stumbled across Atika, his mother, when she was being over-powered by a lion far stronger and fiercer than her. He quickly leapt to his mother's protection, and as most lionesses would, she fell in love with her hero. He did not kill the attacker, but wounded him so severely that he would not be able to harm another living soul for a long, long time. His father had been one of the Desertlanders at the time, had gone exploring due to boredom, was at the lovely age of 4, whilst his mother was only just of age. It was why the lion had tried to over-power her in the savannah, a young and beautiful lioness like his mother was the perfect target. She had been a rogue from day one, her parents not being accepted among normal society due to their weird tendencies to eat other lions. She'd never partaken in that act, as her parents didn't want her shunned by society like they were. Her parents had babied her to the point that she was pathetically week, but Nakiri was not like other lions and had no intention to take advantage of Atika.

When Nakiri offered Atika a home in the Desertlands, she readily accepted and it wasn't long before the two were a sickeningly sweet couple and then along came Bomani and his brother. Bomani was immediately the stronger of the brothers, it was pretty obvious from the word go. His brother was a little smaller and weaker, and his father mistook his younger brother for a female at first sight due to how much smaller and skinnier he was. Though it was rather quickly discovered that the other was a male. It was for that reason that Bomani was named as such, meaning 'warrior', and his father always told him he would be one. He has been training with his father for a while now, and he fully intends to protect the Pride as their warrior when he is old enough.
