Appearance:
Kiasi is a healthy cub despite his living in the shadowlands, he's not the biggest boy but he's not overly small either. He stands at a short height but his limbs are long instead of being stalky and his big paws promise that he'll still have plenty of room to grow in his youth. His coat is a dark sandy brown color, while his undercoat is a lighter creamy khaki color, this color also lines the under part of his eyes and dots each toe.

A dark chocolate brown rims both ears, while the inside is a light cocao, his eyes shades share this color while the 'eyebrow' is black in color. On top of his head Kiasi sports an unruly black tuft of hair that also extends down onto the side of his face. His tonuge and pridelander nose are a bright pink in color and his maw usually sports a mischevious or devious smile as he is always up to something. His irises are ringed by the usual bright yellow while the irises themselves are a firey orange in color, the colors would often remind one of fire and rightly so.

Personality:
First off Kiasi is not a bad cub but its easy to tell that he does retain some of his fathers deviousness. He likes to walk on the wilder side of things and likes to do things that he knows he isn't supposed to because Kiasi likes knowing simply that he can. He's a smart guy and can usually come up with multitudes of schemes on the fly and can solve most problems presented to him with just some thought put into them.

He has a strong personality over all, liking being the one in charge and loathing doing what he's told by anyone in charge. Under that all though he loves his family, his brother and his parents Abuto and Ni, though he may act out a lot he would never hurt any of them on purpose. Kiasi is one of the more curious lions, he likes to know what's going on around him and can be a pest because of it as he always wants to know the how and why of things. His curiosity has led him to often ask his parents why he looks like neither of them and why Makosa has purple eyes, but he's never really given it too much thought before.

He can be pretty pompous for a little guy as well, thinking he's the best and most things. His pride doesn't just extend to himself though, his brother and parents are included. If anyone were to insult them he would quickly defend them with violence, something he has also never understood. He enjoys play fights and real fights much more than he feels he should as both of his parents are peaceful lions.

History:
Kiasi was the product of an unwanted union between Scar's favorite lioness, if you could say he had a favorite, and a lone and violent rogue. Heshima had been out on a hunt when she stayed behind to hunt some more with the blessing of the head huntress Sarabi as everything had appeared safe. When the lone lioness had ventured far enough away no one could save her she was confronted by a male with glowing fiery orange eyes and a dark pelt that immediately set upon her. He attacked the female before mating her while she was in heat, making sure she would bear his cubs.

He vowed to come for any litter she bore and the female was frightened, barely escaping back to Pride Rock with the information about the male and his son for Scar. Scar was livid when he found out and dispatched Hyena's immediately to deal with the pair of rogues before escorting Heshima back to Pride Rock where the two discussed the fate of the unborn cubs. Scar didn't want to raise cubs that weren't his own and worried there would be many of them much like the lionesses first litter but Heshima wished them to live despite the nature of their conception.

After pleading she was able to get Scar to agree to let her keep the cubs if she got rid of them as soon as they were born. Only two cubs would be born, Kiasi and Makosa, immediately after their birth they were whisked away by Hyena's to be delivered to the Shadowlands where they would be taken in by the Prince Ni and the lioness Abuto. The two would know nothing of their true mother who wanted nothing to do with them and their true father who lay dead somewhere, only of the two who would raise them.
