Appearance: As a cub, Simba boasted golden-brown fur, as commented upon by Pumbaa. His eyes are orange, his eyeshades are chestnut, his muzzle, underbody, forepaws, and lower eyeshades are light-colored. As an adult, his mane very luxurious, thick and a rich red which looks almsot exactly like his father's. His build is very similar to his father's, but facial feature wise, when compared side-by-side, he looks more like his mother, Sarabi.
Personality: As a cub, Simba is curious, adventurous, cocky, and all too ready to become king. He is known to overstep his authority and attempt to order around the other creatures of Pride Rock. He suffers serious emotional trauma when Scar, his uncle, murders his brother, Simba's father, Mufasa. He didn't know this however, and Scar convinces Simba that he was responsible for his father's death, and tells him to flee from the Pridelands, never to return. Simba naively shows great trust in his uncle as he runs away from all he's ever known, and he later picks up a happy, carefree lifestyle with Timon and Pumbaa in an idealistic jungle paradise.
As an adolescent, he has long since forgotten his old life, and once again acts as over-confident and adventurous as he did as a cub. This has since blended into his adulthood, but frequent nightmares has turned him a tad bit skittish but his methods of Hakuna Matata keep him from sinking into that. Carefree and running from his past, Simba has nothing to worry about except for the past coming back to haunt him.

History: Simba's birth was a huge ceremony celebrated by many kinds of animals. Simba was born to the King Mufasa and his Queen Sarabi. He was the joy of the land and he was destined to become the King of the Pridelands after his father. Simba quickly grew from a fur ball into a hyper little cub that couldn't stay away from his best friend Nala and the dangers they found themselves in. One particular bad day was when he and Nala were in the graveyard and he almost killed both himself and his dear friend Nala. But his father came to save the day. Simba felt horrible for the incident but it couldn't keep him away from danger, even if he didn't create it himself.
One day Scar told Simba he had a present for the young cub and he took Simba to the gorge. Scar's present was a stampede of wildebeast that took his fathers life. After the last of the wildebeast tore through the gorge Scar told Simba to run and never return. With his heart full of fear and pain young Simba ran away from the worst mistake he really didn't make only to find a place that would help him forget. He met Timon and Pumbaa and together the three kept a small family. It was in the jungle, when Simba was just starting to forget and become a young adult that he stumbled upon a certain group of very familiar faces.

That morning, Simba woke up slowly, not to wake Timon or Pumbaa. He went to a watering hole and drank peacefully. Over all, his life was careless, but when ever he thought of his father or Nala, he would go into grief. He then laid down, confused, thinking about the stampede, not knowing what his uncle, Scar did to his father. He then walked off to a tree and ate some grubs. He then exhaled sadly, remembering the night after the Elephant Graveyard incident. He looked into a pool: "I guess it's just you and me now." He returned to the sleeping tree and played games with Timon and Pumbaa.
One day, he heard his friends call for help...
